Subject: body lift install on the way...need info IP: Logged
Message: hey, ive read a a few posts on here about peoples 'problems' after body lifting. is there anything i should point out to the 4x4 shop while installing it? i read a post about some break lines needing to be zip tied? any info would be greatly appreciated.

Message: The brake thing is with or without a body lift.
on the a-arms the brake lines are close to the a-arm.
and after the body lift watch the routing of the brake lines on the inside of the frame on the drivers side.

Message: if you are having the lift installed by a shop you shouldn't run into any problems, but its always good to doublecheck their work.inspect your brake line near your a-arm on the drivers side,like what kent said above.what happens is when you lift the truck the brake line isnt attached to the white bracket on your frame,therefore it rubs on your a-arm!enjoy your lift dude!
