Just finishing up my 3" lift on my 2002 dak quad cab 4x4. The fan was hitting on the lower radiator hose but i managed to twist it enough to clear the fan. Its not a whole lot of clearence but it does not hit it anymore. Would like to know what others have done with it. The instructions say to remove it and flip it 180 degrees but that didn't make much difference. They also say to cut it and install extension but I am not sure how to do that. The instructions aren't clear on that either. I have the V8 in my truck. Anyone have any input on this?

Strange.... Mine didn't even come close on my 2002. I have a 4.7. You must have a 5.9.
