Subject: pics if daks with no lift IP: Logged
Message: Have yall seen any pics of dakotas with oversized tires and rims with no lift. I might want to do this instead of a body lift.
THANKS

Message: See my post entitled "98 SLT 2WD -- 16" tires are rubbing..." I've got 265/75R16 BFGoodrich All-Terrains on there with 15x8 2002 Durango wheels. Looks great (see pic and link on that thread listed above), but it might not work - certainly won't work without a lift of some sort. I'm trying to determine what type of lift it will need and if this lift will do me any good.
If you are going to try this, I'd suggest going with 245/70R16 tires. They are a little narrower and a little shorter, but I doubt most people would ever notice. I might wind up having to go with that. Ouch!

Message: Thanks, the red Dak and mine both have 3in bodylifts and 33's. Mine also has a 2in block in the rear.
The green dak has 15 by 8in eagle alloys..I dont know the type or backspacing though.
