 Subject: lifted truck gets rear ended

I got rear ended by a 98 Nissan Sentra on the freeway 2 weeks ago. I was going about 35mph and she was going about 65mph. I have a 3" body lift on a 2002 2wd CC and she slammed into my rear axle without touching the bed or bumper much. My bumper was left a little crooked but not even a scratch. But the axle pushed forward and bent the leaf spring downward. This left the rear lifted at least 4" and all crooked looking. Some how the bed slammed into the cab and did some shady damage. When she hit, the rear of my truck was catapulted into the air about 6 feet. It was a nasty experience but I still drove it home and then to the shop. The shop said it will take at least two weeks. They said after they fix the cab, replace the leaf springs, and some other crap they will check the frame. My truck will probably never be the same damnit. The accident also hurt my back but the chiropractor has been dope. Her little sh*t car was all crushed up to the windshield.
