Message: I think .. THINK .. the only thing that was changed is the stearing.. right? if this is correct the switch should be ok. I'd have to suggest talking to Dodge first..

Message: Ever priced a Gen III body? Keep in mind you need an all new interior, including dash, dash instrumentation, roof liner, door liners, seats, carpet, steering column, and everything else I did not mention. It would be MUCH CHEAPER to trade the Gen II truck in on a new Gen III truck.
If you already have a Gen III truck body with a ruined frame, and you want to put it on a Gen II frame, then the project may be more feasible.
