I did a 3" body lift on my 2002 CC 4.7 this weekend. My only problem besides missing hardware for the spare tire is that the steering shaft binds on the frame pretty bad. Where the shaft meets the new extension is the problem. You have to grind at least a half inch of metal away. Which sucked because I did not have a grinder ready and waiting. I did not extend the gas tank filler hose. It looks a little tight but it was a pain to extend the filler on my S10 so I left it.

i have the same truck as you accept with the 5.9 and did the lift a few weeks ago. i also left the gas filler the same, just kinda stretched it out. when you say your extension is binding, can you be more specific? what's part of the frame is it binding on? and what part of the extension is hitting the frame?
