I already posted this on the General board, but just in case some of you missed it, here are a few pictures of my 3" body lift and a teaser of my 3"-5" suspension lift on my 2wd Dakota. I was suppose to have the lift completed this weekend, but the parts got shipped back to Fabtech due to a wrong address.. :-/ But I did post some "would-be" pics just so you can get an idea of how my 2wd should look!!!

OK now I'm ready to do my body lift.. but honistlly I dont' have the $$. Have any of u done the lift first and then switched out the tires a few months later? Or does anyone have pictures of there truck lifted w/ the stock tires before switching them out w/ the new tires/wheels?
I'd really apricate it.

Actually, funny you said "clear corners" Knobbyman... I'm planning on doing that as soon I can but I don't know where to order them cheap?! Any ideas? I did use Photoshop to get a view of how they will look if your interested. I think they will look great on your SLT with all the chrome.
As for the lift/stock tire question, I know I'm a 2wd guy but most people didn't even notice the tires looking smaller after I did the body lift. I'm still driving it now with the stock tires and it doesn't bother me one bit. I'm sure a 4x4 will have the same effect. I wouldn't drive it like that for a year, but I think they look fine. I just can't believe NOBODY has put out a lift for you guys!! I mean c'mon... Rancho said in the FALL!

Well perhaps my parrents will win the lotto & pay for new wheels & tires for me :-) *crosses fingers* I guess I'll pay off the credit card then do the lift :(
