Subject: Wheels And Gears IP: Logged
Message: I recently lifted my 99 4x4 with a 5.5" TC and an 3" PA body lift and I need to regear my truck and get new wheels. I am currently running my stock 15x8 wheels with 35" tires, maybe going a little bigger in the near future.
I want to know if I should go with the 4:10's or the 4:56's? And on the wheels should I get 15x8's again or 15x10's?
Thanks for the help.

Message: Hehe.. missed the post..
If your on the freeway alot 4.10's if your on streets & off-road 4.56's.
I'd go w/ the 15x10's if they will fit correctly.

Message: Kewl...hows the t.c. lift workin out for you? I think I'm about to sell my body lift and just get that lift and run 33's. I keep hearing all the problems with the standard and body lifts... and my deal with sean fell through for the used rancho lift because of an accident, good guy to deal with though. Just thinking about going suspension only...I think it'll look better anyways with the regular cab.

Message: Its working great. The only problem Ive had is my front driver side shock bolt not staying tight, but thats an easy fix. And that really has nothing to do with my lift, so I like it.

Message: I have a '97 Dakota that I am running 33's on. The 3.55's just are'nt cutting it when it comes to towing and mud-flinging. It's no trouble to find gears for the rear, but I have not been able to locate anything low enough for the front. I am looking for at least 4.10's. Does anyone know where I can find a set?
