 Subject: Lift with a hitch

I have a 2001 4x4 dak that i am going to isntall a 3inch body lift. I understand that the kits have a bracket for the bumpers but what will i have to do with my hitch. will the relocation brackets let me have enough access in my frame to drill new holes or what do i need to do?
