Subject: PA Body Lift Instructions NEEDED IP: Logged
Message: Okay... well I order my performance accessories body lift from 4wheelparts.com - It came in yesterday and I was planning on installing it this weekend - However, when I opened the box the instructions were for a Chevy 1/2 truck????? The box was labeled #60043 (which is what I need) and the bolts, etc. were labled for #60043 - I called Performance Accessories to check everything out and it is the "right kit" just the wrong instructions. They faxed me a copy of the instructions, but I can hardly read them for the blur and the pictures are so dark I can't see anything. Also the instructions called for 12 3x3 blocks and 2 2x3 in blocks. I have 14 3x3 blocks and 2 2x3 blocks. When I called them back and they looked it up in the computer they said that 14 was the correct #???? Any help from anyone would be greatly appreciated. Also, if you have already installed your lift and you still have the instructions... if you would not mind mailing them to me please let me know. My address is:
Brad Hurst
P.O. Box 605
Pelham, GA 31779
By the way... I went with 16x10 pro comp bullet holes on 33x12.5x16 Pro Comp XTerrains... I'll probably have to crank those torsion bars and cut off half my bumper, but I'll post pics when I'm done!!!

Message: The 33's will fit fine and you won't have to hack off the bumper. The 14 blocks are for the quadcad, they have two more mounts than the reqular and club cabs.

Message: The 10" wheels will prolly require you to do some trimming.
Call PA back and have them mail you a copy of the instructions!!!!!

Message: graphite4x4 - I have a copy of the instructions that I can get a hold of but it's LONG!!
I'll try and scan it in and post it but you might call PA and see if they have it in PDF format so you can grab it from them and print it out. If they do have it. I'd like a copy of it to put up on my website.

Message: Knobby....Here is a copy of the e-mail I got from them:
Hi Brian,
I am writing for two reasons one is too make sure I have your email correct.
The other is to find out if your email can handle a 40MB file as a PDF? That
is the current size of the instructions in digital format.

Message: I never got it either...too big. It would be nice if they had a link to the install instructions on their site for all the different lifts since the quality of the ones they send "ain't so good"
