 Subject: body lift help me

I am wanting to put a body lift under my 2001 ext.
cab but I have a question. Its a 4.7 4x4 . It has the switch for 4x4 instead of a shifter what it the procedure for that?

Really REALLY easy.... Do nothing ;-)
The wires are all you have to worry about and they are plenty long enough.
Hardest thing.. Radiator hose and Front bumper brackets.

Radiator hose on 2001.... do nothing!!!!! At least I didn't...and it's still running in the 100°+ heat here!!!!
Don't forget to pull all bumper brackets and bumper as far forward in the holes to get max clearance between front of tire and plastic bumper fascia!!!
