Message: I just put a 3" Fabtech Kit on my 98 2wd Dak. I called a Dodge Dealer in the area to get a set of fender flares to try to keep the stone chips to a minimum since my tires sit outside the wheel well about an inch or so. It seems they discontinued the fender flares in my paint (Emerald Green Pearlcoat, PGF). I'm not sure what to do now, I don't want to spend an additional $200 to get them repainted. The whole reason I was going to get the factory ones was so I wouldn't have to get them painted. Are there better flares out there (bushwacker?) or should I get black factory flares? Let me know what y'all think...

Message: 2THEXTRM has some black bushwacker flares on his truck and I believe Dan Gruber (sp?) has a green QC with his stock flares painted black, so you can get an idea of what black flares will look like on the green and what the BW type flares look like installed.

Message: I know they don`t have them for the 97and up style , I`m not sure about the older bodystyles.
There`s not enough room on the rear or the front fenders to make the cut-out style. That`s their reason for not making them.

Message: Chris , you could always put a line-x or rhino linning on them. I have seen that on a few other trucks here, and it looks really tough. Check out Dan Gruber's truck. It looks Kick Ass!
