Message: Sweet.
How did you do your transfer case shifter. Did you pull out the console and all like the instructions? Did you install the extension?
I was looking through my trusty Haynes manual and it shows how to remove the shifter from under the truck without messing with the interior. I may try that.

Message: I love the color of my truck, thanks knobby !! Your truck color is cool too.
As for the shifter I didn't do the install myself but the 3inch extender is not long enough. I found this out by trying to put my truck into 4x4 Lo over the weekend. As for that matter I couldn't even get it into the 4x4 neutral position. The 4x4 high was working correctly.
I took it by the shop on Sat and they said they thought there might be a problem because it looked a bit short when they installed it but they forgot to test that. Anyhow I'm taking it back today and they are going to fab a new 4 inch extender and weld it back on. Should only take an hour. I'll make sure I found out the extact length and porportions of the fabbed piece so we can pass that info around.
4wDakota, The 4x4 shop did not take anything apart in the interior they did everything from underneath the truck. I was watching from a distance. They wouldn't let me in the shop to take pictures. Oh well.
3 more weeks and I get my 15x10 rims and I'm going to stick with the Pro Comp All terrains and purchase the 33x12.50x15. Since that tread pattern is a bit smaller than the goodyear MTR and BFG tires hopefully I'll have a lot less triming.
