I was wondering if with a 3" body lift, I needed to change anything else such as the shocks, etc. to match the height change. Thanks

I put a 2" lift on my 91' but had to make hella modifications. First my fan shroud is gonna be a problem because its connected to the radiator which i connected to the body. And on mine the transmission linkage was too short after the lift (i had no park) so i had to take it off and reshape to to reach. Also your steering column may become a little loose because it can only extend so far and still work. I had to add shims to each side for stability.
but you have to take in consideration...mine is 2X4
