Message: Thanks Guys, here is the thread where I posted about modifying the Steps to fit. It was a little work and thought, but worth all the effort IMO. The truck looks even less like it is bodylifted with the steps where they are supposed to be and my wife and I can get in without having to jump up anymore:)
The SS grille looks great against the silver metallic paint, it blends very well. I would like to get some clear Bug Guards instead of the smoked and paint them to match the truck. I think EGR is the only manufacturer making clear ones for our Daks right now. I am ordering some clear corners though, they really make a big difference to the front end's appearance, less distracting than the gaudy orange corners.
Where did you get yours Brian and how much if you don't mind me asking? I want the kind that doesn't require splicing in a new turn signal harness. I see APC makes them, so I was going to check the local parts store for pricing.
Now for the flush mount tonneau that is sitting in my shed once the MOPAR bedrail/lightbar combo gets here! Then I'll be able to not buy anymore mods for another month:)

Message: They are 16x8 American Racing Teron's with 4.5" offset so they are only out about 1/2 further than stock. I have no rubbing at all even on hard compression of front suspension with the wheels turned:)
Yeah Cantondak, I had the same problem with the outside SS pieces for the lower valance. They needed to be bent in some to fit better, not much and they bend real easy.
My clear corners should be on by Wednesday and I just replaced the stock flares with Bushwacker tonight since they were sitting on my doorstep when I got home:) Took a little over two hours from start to finish, nearly half that time was spent removing factory flares and cleaning up the mess underneath them with dirt and two sided tape. Some people may not like the black flares, they good look on my truck with the color scheme I am going with IMO. I added a couple more pics with the new flares, it was getting dark by the time I finished up and it started sprinkling so the pics are a little dark but you can get the idea how it looks.

They look GOOD! I think they make the wheelwells look larger and more rounded , not as squared off as factory.

Message: Nope, no easy ways out here, if someone just made adjustable frame mount brackets for their step bars to accomodate for those who have body lifted trucks it would be nice, but it will never happen:) So instead we do it the hard way and have something custom that not everyone else has from the local Pep Boys:) Feels kinda cool, aside from the hitch receiver which is not really obvious, you cannot tell I have a body lift, just lots of air under the frame:)
They are pretty much all bolted, the only mod to the brackets that came with bars was some cutting to make the front brackets fit. I tack welded the 2 pieces of 1" square tubing together, then cut off (4) 6" pieces and then drilled the holes need for the bolts to pass through, basically I made a spacer and used longer bolts. Not to hard if you have the right tools. I actually have enough square stock left over to do another set of bars, just need to drill holes.
It cost about an extra $30 for the parts to mod the steps to fit. All you really need for tools is a torch and/or angle cutter to modify front brackets and cut tubing to length. Clamps to hold tubing together while tack welding which really should be done to retain rigidity of the two pieces as one, but you could probably get away with it. It's also easier to drill though both pieces when they are together to get a straight path for the bolt to go through.
They are built tough, my cousin weighs about 250 lbs. and they don't move a bit with his full weight on them.
Put in my Clear Corners tonight, that's what the front end needed, nice and clean looking. I might try some of the silver heat paint someone else was talking about on the amber bulbs to reduce the visual appearance of them during the day. Either way though, I am very happy.

Also on the weatherflectors, are they tinted or clear and do they add alot of wind noise like the ventshade brand?

Message: I am using the Mopar 3-piece. The hood deflector attaches with 4 screws to inside top of grill and the fender deflectors attach with clips that slip between fender and top of headlight.
The Weatherflectors only come light smoke, they are not as dark as the VS and have virtually no noise compared to the VS.

Doesn't seem to be much difference in noise or wind deflection when ur driver's window is full down....still have to drop the rear to keep from getting blown away.
