Subject: 32's33's and 3.92 gears

Message:
Currently I have a stock 01'slt with 3.92 gears. I tow a 4000 lb trailer at times in Colorado and like the response I get from the gears. If I move to 32's or 33's I am a bit worried about maintianing the torque that I have. What has been your experience? Is the loss noticibale or minimal in your opinion.? I am guesstimating that 33's will make my gears act like 3.55's. I will be adding a home brew intake in the future as well.
TIA for replies

You'll be fine with the 3.92's. I have 3.55's with my 33's. Planning on going to 3.90's. If you do a lot of heavy long distance towing then I would stay with the 32's so as to not tax the tranny to awful much but it would handle it.
