Unfortunately for you, the only suspension lift made for the 2nd generation Dakotas is the 4" Trailmaster kit.

does anybody make the torsion keys i found a set of add-a-leafs that will give me 2 inch in the back just need to find parts for the front

Have you tried cranking up the torsion bars yet ? Most of us get close to 2" without have to use different keys.

sadly my passenger side is maxed out due to an acciedent i was able to regain factory ride and height though i got lucky

Might be better to identify the accident damage and fix it properly then.
