Subject: '98 Dakota Options? IP: Logged
Message: Hey Guys, I was a member on this board about 4 years ago with my 1991 Dakota. I sold it a long time ago, and I am just about to pick up a '98.
It's a '98 Dakota Sport with the 3.9L, Regular cab, 4x4.
I'm wondering what my options for Suspension lifts are... I have seen body lifts but it looks like Suspension lifts aren't very popular for the truck. Any suggestions?
Thanks,
Aaron

Message: Cranking the torsion bars can get you close to 2" in the front; Roadmaster active suspension will get you about the same in the back. You could also add leafs to the rear suspension.

Message: Tuff Country makes a 5.5 inch suspension lift for your model, they also have a 3 inch body lift. The suspension lift is about $1650 with shocks
