Subject: 4X4 insurance?? IP: Logged
Message: I am buying a passenger car to get around town in, but am keeping the 'ol dakota. my question for you all is; is there some kind of 4x4 insurance that i can get to minimally insure my truck so i can legally get from my driveway to the dirt? i would be driving 15-20 miles max to get to the trails, but usually start out about 5 miles from my casa. anyone know about any kind of insurance for that? i would appreciate it

Message: Not in my state, but you don't say what state you are in. You could however qualify for a multi vehicle discount; and another discount for low milage use for the truck. You can also put minimal insurance on anything that you don't have a loan for, the fact that it is 4x4 wouldn't affect that.
