Jason, I had one on my 99 CC , I just had to cut off some of the bottom ...not sure what it`s called...it`s the thin metal piece the "protects" the K&N filter from the hot underhood air.You have to trim it when you move the body up because the engine stays in the same place and with the K&N kit it comes with a new intake tube that`s rigid .I suppose you could fab up a new intake tube but if you wanted to do that you would be better off making a whole new kit and saving some $.
