2001 Quad 4wd... Plan to install Fab Tech Add a Leaf and crank TBars about 1". Should I install angle wedges with such a small amount of lift?

If you are only going to go up on the torsion bars 1in why do you want to put add-a-leafs in that will raise the back 2in or a little more?
But to answer your question, no.
