Message: A bunch of lockers are available for it. (Probably because jeep used this rear end in some things you can hardly find jack for the 9.25) The best thing to do is to go on www.accuautoparts.com and look through their selection also check out Summit Racing's website. Thats where i found the best deal on the locker i put in the rear of my 02 dak.

Message: i have the powertrax traction system
i broke one already
and something is goofy with the replacement they sent me
its sticks so one tire is locked on and the other freewheels, it does it to both sides depending on what direction i turn
then when i let off the gas and hit it again they are both working
1990 sport RC SB, 1995 318drivetrain, 3.92 gears (came with truck) Powertrax "traction system", 95 dash/steering wheel, hearthrob exhaust, headers, cutout after y-pipe, necessary electric fan add-a-leafs, 30x9.5 mud tires, cranked T-bars, AR 39 15x8 rims, grill guard, roll bars

Message: Sounds to me like it's working. One tire locked and one spinning is an open diff. And it's very good that it does it both ways, other wise you'd be like a nascar driver and only be able to turn left. :) The accelleration is supposed to trigger the locking action. That is how autolockers work.

Message: no it would get STUCK, one wheel turn only
sometimes it took some messing with but i was in one wheel drive a lot
not i broke it AGAIN
this is the second one and i broke the same part, just on the opposite side
i dont want to be constantly tearing it apart to change this stuff, it wouldnt be so bad if it wasnt winter and i had a place to work on it rather than drive 35 miles to do it at my parents
