I just got a 2001 Dakota QC 4x4. It has the 16" wheel option. I just bought a set of 265/75r16 Interco Trxus M/T's they roll great but I do get some tire scrub on the piece below my bumper when I turn. Will a PA 3" body lift correct this problem or will I have to look at doing some trimming.

How bad does it rub? I dont know the sizes for the metric but maybe you could just crank the T-bars and it will lift it enough. Just a thought.

The rubbing noise is only happening on the drivers side. I just bought the truck last week. I know that the driver's side shock is leaking, and i'm putting Bilsteins on in the next week or so. I think that the shock isn't rebounding all the way and that's what's making it rub.

Your 265/75r16 is roughly a 32" tire.

Take a few min. and simply trim the inside edge off the plastic filler piece or crank up your t-bars two turns or so. Don't waist your time with a body lift unless your looking to run 33's or 35's.
