 Subject: Lift blocks or add a leaf

Do add a leafs raise the back of a truck. I have a 97 cc 4X4 V8. If they do is it better to do the add a leaf or get the lift blocks?

add a leaf will make the ride a little stiffer.......it'll add about 1.5 inches on the back, but i'd go with a lift block and get around 2 inches and keep the softer ride.........
