Looking at buying a 97 Dakota SLT with what looks like a 3-4 inch lift. The only problem I see is the inside of the wheels rub at full lock on the tie rod ends scraping both (stock 15" wheels). Anyone else have this issue? Can it be corrected by 16 inch wheels? I would apppreciate any input.

if it's what I think you are talking about then the problem would be fixed with a different offset.
does it have a suspension lift or body lift? if it's a suspension lift from fabtech ie a 2wd drive truck then it was supposed to get new rims with the install.
if it was made by another brand ie a 4wd drive I wold assume it's the same situation but I'm not too sure.

It's a 4x4 suspension lift, not sure what brand though.I appreciate the input.
