Well, you'll be happy to know your body lift should have nothing to do with drive shaft bind.

On the other hand the suspension lift:

Is the lift built by a reputable company? If so, they may have some suggestions/ answers.

Which shaft is binding?

Was the rear lifted with blocks/ springs/ shackles or a combination thereof?

If the previous answer was blocks, were they tapered (one end measures out taller than the other)? If so, is the taper to the front like it is supposed to be?

If the springs were replaced, maybe the yoke is not turned up enough anymore. You may have to install wedged shims on the spring perches.

Depending on the mileage, you may simply have a worn U joint that is now showing itself with the increased angle.

These are the easier things to check.

A reputable shop that deals with chassis work, suspension repairs, frame straightening, or fabricating would be a good place to go if all else fails. I would avoid the Jiffy Lubes/ Mr. Tires/ Precision Auto Tune type places, unless you know a specific mechanic's abilities at troubleshooting this type of stuff who happens to be working at one. Nothing personal against these establishments, but generally speaking they do not have the most experienced mechanics.
