 Subject: Problems with diff and trans

Has anyone had any problems with their frt diff and transmission after 3" body lift and 33" rubber. I thought that the factory powertrain would be able th handle a tire that is 4" larger. So far in the last week, my 04 has gernaded my LH CV slip joint and the trans piled up. another thing, is anybody else pissed off that even with 5" of lift the dakota still looks small?

I've been running that set up for 40,000 miles, no problems.

I ve only had it lifted for about 10000 kilometers and then my axle went and two days later the trans piled up

Got my truck back and the reason the trans failed was becuase the torque conveter lost a fin and sent pieces through the valve body
