on another note they dont make bl over 3 inches and for a good complete kit check out accessorie center that have a kit with bumper brakets, steering adapter, and shifter adapter this kit cost 91.58

Im looking to lift my 2004 Dakota 4x4 myself, Im going with the generic 2" blocks in the rear and the torsion bar tweaking in the front, and bigger tires.

well thanks for the compliment on the truck, and one of those hotties would be me, HEHE, yea i guess i gotta agree, lets put a face to this crazy cowgirl image, and as for you Rider Jones, man buy descent solid steel blocks, i had generic autozone blocks under the back of my old dakota, they are made of aluminum, it cracked in two pieces and came out at 45mph, the rearend twisted and sent me head on into the woods, totalled the truck broke my ankle and my passenger broke his back in two places.

Chicks who like the outdoors, automobiles and bikes are a special breed. My wife and I have been looking into getting a couple of harleys, but that will wait a few years beacause of other "needs" and those are wants. she's getting more into fishing the more I go. She's made several comments about trading her car in so I can get a ram and she can then have our dakota.
some guys just have all the luck. hehehe
for what it's worth, I'm originally from Indiana and she's originally from North Carolina.

On another note, reason I was checking this thread is because I'm trying to find out opinions on whether I should have my dual exhaust put on before or after the 3" body lift? Will it make much difference where the tips come out the back? Thanks for any replies...
