Message:
I have a 94 dakota with a 4" suspension lift and just installed a 3" body lift!
also just installed a flex-a-lite electric fan and cranked torsion bars 1 1/2"

the problem when I shut off the ignition and pull the key truck runs as if I never shut her off. is the key lock cylinder bad or do you think something could be hooked up wrong with the electric fan???this has happened 3 times in the last week since I had a mechanic install the electric fan as I am not good mech. when it comes to electricity!?
thanks for any help!!

Pretty much exact same setup i got if i were you i would start at the fan theres a plug block in the back side near the top unplug one wire at a time and try it if you go thru all the wires and it still stays running i would say ignition switch, actually i would say its ignition first but cheaper to try unplugging the fan wires one at a time. You never know what a mechanic has done.
