Subject: Trukinsuspension lift? IP: Logged
Message: I was looking around for more lift than the 5.5 from TC and came across the 6.5 from Truckinsuspension. Any one have feed back about this? Any opinions or suggestions would be nice.

Message: One bit of advice, if you do install the truckin suspension lift, you might as well drop it off at the junk yard as soon as you finish it, cause truckin suspension has the absolute worst reputation as far as suspension lifts, and their parts are absolute crap... if you value your truck (which im sure you do) for the love of god do not use anything from them , Hope this helps

Message: Josh.. if you want more lift you can easily get it, rancho has a 3inch kit, Tuff Country has a 5.5 inch kit, yet both only allow 33inch tires on stock wheels, and the other is a body lift

Message: Then go with the Rancho 3inch, and slap on a body lift , with a little trimming, you should be able to fit 35s with that setup

Message: Josh i know a guy who went 5.5 TC lift and 3inch body lift and could fit 37s...that is the biggest i have heard of without going 9" trucking or a complete swap on suspension
good luck

Message: Justin, what does the 9" include and how does the set up work? Does it keep the IFS or does it change over to solid axel?

Message: From what i understand trucking/whiplash makes a 9" lift, and of course as this post has said..don't get that lift.
What i was saying above is that anything over 5.5 TC lift plus 3 inch body lift requires a complete suspension change.
BIGDAKchris...is sometimes around this forum. he cranked his t-bars, went 3inch BL, and 5.5" suspension lift to total around 10-11 inches of lift...from what i understand that is the safest and best quality route to the biggest dakota you can get....UNLESS...you completely swap out the IFS suspension
