I have a 98 2WD Dodge Dakota 3.9L Std.Cab. I have Flowmaster dual rear exit exhaust, and i want to lift it so what would be better a BODY or a SUSPENSION lift??

It depends what you plan to do with the truck. If its going to be a pavement pounder, body. If you plan to off-road, suspension. I went with both just to be sure I don't stuff the tires in the fender wells.

Like Josh said it all depends on what you plan to do with the truck... rancho offers the best suspension lift because it has the best and strongest parts, but if you dont have the cash to spend $1400 buying the suspension lift, then another $1000 to get it installed you should go with the body lift

suspension all the way, get rid of all those crappy factory parts, get tubular control arms, new shocks, etc.
and suspension looks ten times better, nobody wants look at all your frame and undercarriage junk hanging out.
you wouldn't walk around with your privates hanging out would you? Maybe you would hahah j/k.

I won't argue that Rancho makes a good lift, but if you're looking for clearance go with Tough Country. They make a 5.5" lift. I found the best price on "jackit.com". Instead of having shocks as an option, they come with the kit.

Body lifts are modern white trash versions of RICE, all show and no go. modern daks with the IFS are soccer mom trucks, slap a 3" body lift and you have a street queen.
