Just get the kit. The instructions are very good with images of everything. I'm not a mechanic or even a shade tree mechanic, but I found that with normal tools it took me and a friend 10hrs in my garage.

I just got the 2wd PA body lift for the club cab, and I believe those are one and the same.
I'll try and get a scan of them if I can. I haven't installed the lift yet, but after flipping through the instructions I decided it should be pretty easy. The instructions are very clear and the pictures are pretty good.

Probably a 31x10.5 or a 32x11.5.
I might stick with the stock 245/70/16's for a little while though. I'll try and get that scan this weekend... the instructions are kinda long so I'm just going to scan a page or two to give you an idea of how they are.
