I cant find a lift for my 2wd 04 quad cab. i have looked all over. does anybody know why they have 03 and older and new 05 but no 04???? can anyone tell me the diference in the front end?????

lifting a 2wd if pointless. it makes more sence to spend the money is racing mods on a 2wd. but to each his own i suppose....

for some reason i agree, it would almost be cheaper to buy the 4x4. people put 3 inches of lift on and a ton of off road mods, the lift only equals the stock 4x4 height but you still don't have the actual 4 wheel drive...i just don't get it?

because some people will never actually go offroad with the truck , it is more about looks. a 4x4 cost more to purchase, gets worse gas milage and has a higher maintnence cost. So why buy a 4x4 if you just want the look? you will waste much more on the investment and up keep than you would have spent on a body lift and some tires

u dont have to have a 4x4 to go off orad. look at 90 percent of off road race cars and trucks. score-international.com 4x4 you cant go as fast or get as much wheel travel. let me see you get 28 inches of travel out of a streight axel.

yyyyeeeaaa... a 2 wheel drive truck that goes off road, is not mud bogging, or rock climbing. its desert racing or maybe baja racing. either way, getting a lift kit for a 2wd other than the leveling kit is a waste. there are better mods than a pointless lift on a 2wd. whatever.....
