Message: I have a '98 dak cc 2wd w/the 3.9. I want to run 32's or 33's after my lift. would these two part numbers from summit racing be what i need to change to a 4.10 ratio? RMG-6903141 for ring and pinion and RMG-80-0278-1 for the crosspin. I read the sticker in the glove box and it said the differencial size is 8.2 with a ratio of 3.55. So am i on the right track.
Note: I very frequently get email from people asking about the lift kit in my ’88. Typically, I will NOT respond to the emails (about 95%) that ask questions I’ve already covered on my web pages (ie. Where did you get the kit?, Who makes it?, How much did it cost?, What modifications did you have to make to get it to fit your truck?. How hard was it to install? What problems did you encounter? etc, etc...)
