I was just curious what happens when you crank you torsion bar. Is it hard on your truck? Does it make your truck ride really ruff? I am about to put a tuff country 5.5 inch lift on my 99 4wd Dakota, and I was wondering if it is worth it to crank the Torsion Bar. I am putting the Skyjacker Hydro Shocks on it as well. Any comments?

Scott, I am not trying to blow off your question, but all of your questions will be answered if you do a search of this sight about torsion bars. There are instruction along with comments on ride quality.
