I see we ran into a little bit of dirt in your profile picture (packed in all nice and neet in the front bumper).

Nice truck, looks like it has attitude. Noticed on your profile that you have the Quick D intake, I've ordered one and am awaiting delivery... how do you like yours?

Hawk - Yup....had a little run in with the dirt pile. Guess I need more lift as the front end kept me from going any higher.
Blue Twister - Thank you. Im working on the "Stock height" DAK right now for my webpage and have yours in there...as the first one!
Lesley - I Love the quick D. Great finished product too. Took a little while to get it, but well worth it. You will not be dissapointed.

Great site Dakota!
I really enjoyed checking out the "how-to"
pages, particularly those involving TB swaps
and boring. However, I tried with 2 different
computers & 2 separate browsers and
couldn't get the pictures to come up. I just
bought (for a really good price) a slightly used
R/T V8 TB, so anything concerning throttle
modification & replacement is of interest.
Thanks for so much helpful info.

Lesley,
Fear not as it is not your computer. Mark Kuzia, who wrote up the how to, has changed his web page, and I do not know what itis now. I will try and contact him and get the photos to you.

Thank you fo telling me, as I did not know this until you told me. I have so much info that I cant be checking all of it all the time. Thanks again.

Dakota, I finally got my QuickD, and you are right - I really like it. I mean, not that the way it looks has anything to do with performance, but that nice shiny steel does look good.
Did you use any method of securing it? Although I think I tightened the clamps pretty well, I still worried that it could vibrate loose or come off over bumps. I had to go for a zoom of course :)!

Good for you.
I just tightened it and let it go. Never had a problem with it becoming loose.
