 Subject: 03-04 Dakota Lift kits

Ok guys I am trying to get Rancho to modify the 00-02 lift for the 03-04 dakotas. What we need to do is make them see that people want it. The last time i talked to them they said there was no demand for it. If you would buy one of these please email me at Sales@eastcoasttruckin.com and i will forward them to Rancho.

you can use a 02 kit on 03/04 by using brake rotors, calipers, support clip for caliper, backing plate, and banjo bolt for caliper hose with out any problem

to all the guys that want to lift 03/04 quad cabs all you have to is buy a few extra parts from your part suppler for an 02 and install the 02 kit with no problem all the part # are in 03 quad cab lift dated 09/04/2004 my wife's 03 has been done now for 8 month and 15k miles and no trouble at all any question just ask

rancho said they don't plan on doing a kit for the 03/04 because the 05 is completely different so quit your whinning and step up to the plate and add the parts to an 02 kit to get it up again the part # are in 03 quadcab lift dated 09/04/2004

Hey Charlie B, I think the whole idea is to let Rancho know there are a bunch of people out there that would buy the lift if they modified it for the 03 and 04 trucks. But I guess it is a little too much to ask you to add a little intelligence before you make some silly and rude ignorant comment.

I guess the "quit your whining" part of the you post was you being chipper? For me, the reason for not changing it back to the old system is because the brakes are so much better with the bigger rotors and calipers. What we want is the best of both words.

DAN THE BRAKING SYSTEM WORKS JUST AS GOOD AS THE 03 BRAKES THE ONLY BITCH I HAVE ABOUT THE WHOLE LIFTING PROJECT IS THE GAS MILEAGE SUCKS I DID EVERYTHING I CHANGED GEARS ADDED CHIP AIRAID SYSTEM AND STILL ONLY GET 12MPG BUT WHAT THE HELL I BROUGHT A 4X4 THANKS CHARLIE B

Fabtech has a left that fits the 03 2wd from my understanding the spindles are different sizes on the 04 2wd. I know you are probable not looking for a 2wd lift but what the he11.
2004 3.7 5 speed
BONE STOCK
Wish it wasn't but no aftermarket to speak of as of yet.
