Message: so i figured it out.
Pop the indicator cap out of the lever with a knife or something. Its in there kinda tight. Then there is a nut down inside. Unscrew the nut then unscrew the knob.

Message: i am finally at the last step of putting of the rear bumper and i must say, it sucked doing it. The directions are crap, there are so many things you don't really need to do. Email me if you are starting and having problems, i would hate for you to go through the two nights(so far) of frustration that i have. jbahr@twcny.rr.com
