Does anyone think it is possible to fit 33x12.5 with a 3" bodylift and 2" coils from fabtech and new wheels? I know trimming would be necessary

They should fit as long as you have rims that have the proper backspacing on them. If you try and use the factory rims the tire will be too wide and you'll have massive frame rubbing.
