a sport is the base model and the slt is the loaded more expensive model(all the bells and whistles like power mirrors, a/c, power windows, locks, yada, yada, yada....)

that's not true , the sport has the same options the slt has only the sport has no chrome and the slt has chrome bumpers and grill .................

Plus the sport comes with fog lights standard. All the other options are the same. I have a sport and it has everything my durango slt+ had minus the leather.

I have a sport and Only have tilt air and cruise, I know how to add power locks, how do you add power windows? is it hard?

I have a 1997 sport with tilt air and cruise. thats it, I want to add power windows. hey any of you guys know how to get the 4X4 shifter on the floor off.

I have a sport, which had the same options as the slt...minus the chrome...I prefer the black. I bought mine used, so no pwr locks or windows. I took care of the locks with an alarm and autoloc actuators. pwr windows were taken care of with a colibri kit (about $130). I found some factory switches on ebay ($70), figured out the wiring and now it looks factory.
