I have a 2000 2wd extended cab and I'm looking to get a lift kit. I want my truck to sit a little higher than 4x4. What would be a good kit to get, what exactly do I need in all and roughly what do they go for? Any help is great as I'm completly new to this.

Onyl one i know of for 2WD daks is the fabtech lift. I hear it is a pretty good one.
