Subject: 3" bodylift w/ an Airaid IP: Logged
Message: Question for anyone running a 3" bodylift w/ an Airaid or K&N intake kit. The kits say, not designed for body lift.
Thanks

Message: from the stoke throttle body to the air box stays stock but when you put on the new intake you have to take out the stock air filter and housing not a big deal though comes out fairly easily takes about 30 min im trying to buy a new digital camera so i can take pics

Message: Well here's the rest of the story...I bought the Airaid kit. It's called a quick kit. Take off the lid of the air box, remove the filter, drop in the metal adapter w/ filter attached. Then just connect the intake hose back up and done. But when I added the body lift Sat. the hose gets pulled kinda funky. I'm wondering If this is a problem. Obviously I have the 4.7 V8 and you don't. But no one else seems to answer.
Thanks
