Just as a warner to anyone who is planning on dealing with Truckin' Suspensions (AIM) they are a horrible company. I had a horrible situation with them. I bought the 3inch lift using upper control arms and springs for 1994 2wd Dakota. All the while that the lift is in the mail I had been calling AIM and having them check to see if they had sent the right thing and when I planned on recieving it. They tell me over and over again that they have sent the right thing and that it should work fine. I recieve it in the mail and put it on myself and everything looked good to the untrained eye. So pleased that I had put on the lift myself; I take the truck to a local suspenion shop and ask them to level out the back as well as have them take a look at the front to see what they think. A few days later I recieve a call and they say that the design of the lift is horrible and the springs are way to big for the whole setup as well as the upper control arm being to small. I was so pissed off that I gave up and had the suspension shop put my truck back to stock and am going to send the p.o.s AIM lift back and demand a refund. I have choosen to go with the Rough Country lift instead and urge all of you to never deal with AIM.

AIM does suck! Read some of Knobbyman's posts about his lift. He went through all kinds of $h|+ with that company. This was all before Rancho came out w/ the '01+ lift. Their latest scheme is to pay someone like $100 if they lift their truck and let them take photos of it. WOW! What a deal. You pay over a grand for a lift and IF they feature it, you get a $100.!?!. As much as I want a suspension lift, They'd have to pay me to take one of their POS lifts, like the cost of my truck! Knobby just flat out sold his after they got ahold of it because it was so screwed up. If you are an 01+ 4x4, go Rancho! I've heard good things about it.

What really scares me about Truckin Suspension is that there were some spindle changes for 03 and 04 Dakotas. This makes the rancho lift for the 02 and down unusable. But Truckin Suspension says the same lift will work for 2000 and up. Shows to me that they do not know about the changes or they are cutting corners on the lift.
