Subject: Driveline noise after lifting your Dak?

Message:
Has anyone experienced vibration problems after lifting their Daks? I understand that the front and rear u-joint angles are supposed to be the same to prevent vibration, but is it possible to do when installing the Rancho 3 inch lift? Does it really matter - will the 3 inch lift throw it out much?

I got my 3" Rancho installed about a month and half ago. I never got any vibrations, but the rubber boot of the CV joint tore and grease went everywhere. Instead of replacing it with another that would just tear in a few weeks, I got a custom job made with a double cardan joint on the rear and a better slip yoke in the front. It was $600 bucks, hopefully this will last. Has anyone else had this problem?
