Subject: Lift 92 4x4 Dakota IP: Logged
Message: I am changing my 5.2 to a 5.9 along with the higher stall and a new set of front and rear gears to insure more pulling power for play here at the beach i want maby 33 or 36 inch tires what body lift gives the most complete pieces ?
and what other things will i need to change ? shift linkage and fuel tank fill hose brake lines ?? any notes on pros and cons would be a great help..

Message: I have a 92 with 5" of lift, I have 32 11.5 15 and they rub. I am trying to get more speed out of my otherwise stock truck, maybe you can help

Message: i changed to the 5.9/ has alot more torque and about 40 more h/p if you stay with the stock 5.2
gears help more than you think.. 4:11 or maby 4:30, the stall converter helps get things rolling from a stop in sand and mud ,next the flowmasters work well and also the MPI intake from mopar performance,
