Message: Red02Dakota, I bet you're pretty excited about your 1st lift. With the PA 3inch, what works the best is something that is 33 inches tall and about 11.5 inches wide. Most 285-75-16's fit right and some 305-70-16's work really good, too. Do some searchs on some sites like 4-wheel parts wholesalers, National tire and wheel, Desert Rat and so on. You can find all kinds of useful info on tires sizes. Remember, size varies by brand. A 285-75-16 will fit on a 16x7 inch wheel and a 305-70-16 on an 8 inch wheel. I have an '01 reg cab 4.7 with a PA 3 inch, 1 inch torsion bar crank and 305-70-16 Mickey Thompson Baja Claw radials on stock 8 inch wheels. Everything looks right and works well off road with only occasional slight rubbing every once in a blue moon. Good Luck.

Message: Good choice of wheels. They look good and the backspacing is about perfect. With these wheels you can run a 285-75 or 305-70 and they will fit just fine. If you have a 305, then the backspacing of these wheels with probably help with rubbing on the innermost part of the plastic in the fenderwell.
