Message: A lot depends simply on the choice of shocks.... how stiff you select. This is due to the fact that most kits cause you to retain the key original suspension component -the torsion bars! If they are adjusted to the original pre-load, they should perform the same as before, simply with the vehicle at a taller height. Larger tires also affect stiffness/ softness. Larger= heavier= more supension actuation(softer ride)

Message: I put on 3" Rancho Lift on my 2002 Kota QC and noticed no change in the ride what so ever. The kit came with Rancho 5000 shocks. This Tuesday I'm installing a PA 3" body life cause I still can't fit the BFG 33x12.50 A/T KO's that I want.
I hope to have the tires with Ultra 164 wheels done by Wednesday night. I'll let you know how the ride is after all that is complete.
