What choices do the 2004 owners have to lift their trucks? Pickin's are slim! I know I don't want the Truckin' Suspension that I've heard so much negative about, but what else is out there?

Te onlything I have fund was a body lift. By the time you pay for one of the truckin or whiplash kits you could put a SFA in and go as high as you want.
