I am not 100% sure, but I believe it should be a Dana 35 case. It has just been built to function as an IFS. Call any one of the ring & pinion shops and ask them. They could tell you for sure.

I’ve also heard the 97+ Dakotas have a variation of the Dana 35. Prior to that, 87-96 it was a Chrysler 7 ¼”
