I have a 92 extended cab with 318 4x4 w/ 3" trailmaster body lift, 31" x 10.5" Goodyear MTRs (on order)
Here's what I'd do with deep pockets:
5.7 Hemi swap
Dana 44's on each end with coil overs in the front
37" Goodyear MTRs
That would be enough for me as far as performance and driveability, I'd keep the automatic.

customer chrome long travel kit. completely shaved and color matched ghostflames. 20x10 inch rims. super swaper sts 37 or 40 you can't get a 35 for a 20 inch rim yet. chrome ladder bars. viper v-10 propane and nitrous injection and 6spd. two solo x 18's on a blow through. 8 modified earthquake d2 amps. monitors in head rests and dvd lcd cd player probable eclipse or alpine. 4.56 gears locker full under bodys. probable three kits to get enough light to hit the ground. billet upper and lower grilles. custom tube bumper for say atleast 5 off road lights.
plenty of little billet touches. and all kinds of little asthetics, and custom leather interior sweade headliner.
real nice show truck.
